After eight fantastic years, we have decided to end our business journey. We would like to express our warmest and heartfelt thanks to all our customers and clients. It is thanks to your support, understanding, commitment and flexibility that this dream has been able to come true. Every interaction, every project and every laugh we have shared has contributed to our history and what we have built.

We will carry all these wonderful memories with us. Even though a chapter is now closing, we look back on our time together with joy and pride.

From 01/01/2026 Housefinders work by acting as your personal property search agent with focus on West Mani in the Peloponnese. We will be working on individual, carefully selected customer assignments.

Closing a business is hard. After careful thought and valuing the trust of our customers, we’re restructuring rather than closing.

From 2026 Housefinders Peloponnese, I.K.E., VATNO EL1801930817 will operate on a smaller scale, focusing solely on HouseFinder services—helping clients find suitable properties with personalised support and care.

Narrowing our focus lets us preserve quality, devote more time and expertise to each client, and strengthen our personal service. We look forward to continuing to help people find the right homes in 2026.

You tell us your needs (budget, location, type), we use our network and database to find matching properties (even ones not listed publicly), arrange viewings, and guide you through negotiation and formalities and simplifying the process of purchase.

The initial fee is €400, and if we manage to find a property that you like, this fee will be deducted from our standard commission, which is 2.48% of the purchase price. Of course, the fee does not apply to customers who booked a visit with us before 15 January 2026.

Please note: it is not more expensive for you to buy through us than to buy directly from the estate agents we work with! In cases where we act as an intermediary for buyers, the commission is shared between our company and the estate agency responsible for the property: buyers pay commission to us and sellers to the responsible estate agency.
